Hello! I'm Dana, a fully licensed therapist with extensive experience working with children and adults. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. As a certified clinical trauma professional, I am trained in DBT, CBT+, and trauma-focused CBT. I view behaviors and symptoms through a trauma-informed lens to address the root issues.
I believe that YOU are the expert in your life. My approach is client-centered and holistic, tailored to meet your unique needs in a non-judgmental space. Whether you're facing specific issues or seeking self-understanding, I'm here to provide a safe space where you can rediscover yourself. Bonus points if we share a few laughs along the way!
In addition to my work with clients, I also support and guide fellow therapists as a supervisor, helping them navigate their professional journeys.
Drawing on my experience as a clinician and my certification as a professional organizer, I established Therapeace to seamlessly integrate mental health treatment with organizational skills.
Do you feel stuck and don’t know where to start? Do you need help crossing things off your lists, organizing spaces, or creating systems for seemingly never-ending tasks? Do you feel like you’re spinning your wheels but not gaining traction?
Life is busy, and life is hard. Sometimes “I’ll do it tomorrow” turns into “I don’t know where to start” or “I will never be able to do this.”
We often have deep-rooted beliefs that lead to self-sabotage, self-doubt, and immobility.
Let’s work together to break down those beliefs.

Therapeace does not participate with any insurance plans at this time and is considered an Out-Of-Network Provider. Upon request, you will receive a Superbill that includes information your insurance company needs to process your claim. Please note that even with out-of-network benefits, it is possible that not all services will be covered.
The best way to be absolutely sure of your benefits is to clarify with your insurance company member services line. You can find this phone number on the back of your insurance card or through your online insurance platform.
Ask these questions when speaking to your insurance company about benefits:
How much of my deductible has been met this year?
What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health? (Outpatient means treatment outside a hospital.)
What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?
Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement? (Claims are forms that are sent to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for sessions you paid for out of pocket.)
